Brief Overview
Thank you for considering Memorable Visions Event Planning for your upcoming event. Our event planners will work closely with you to provide quality, professional service, and to ensure that your event is a day to remember. This guide is intended to serve as the beginning to your planning process. We welcome the opportunity to work with you to develop a customized package that is just right for your special occasion.
Reservations
Please contact us at info@memorablevisions.com or ney@memorablevisions.com so we may assist in the planning of your event. We will need the general details and specifics of the event which should consist of the event date, time, preferred location, number of people and type of service.
Confirmation
Once the details of your event have been finalized, you will receive a detailed summary via email outlining your event. This process will help to ensure the successful completion of the event according to your individual specifications. To ensure proper service, we must have the final number of guests no later than ten (10) business days prior to the event. Additional charges may be incurred for increases to the final guest list number.
Cancellation
Cancellations of any function after seven (7) days from receipt of deposit and contract signing are not eligible for refund. Cancellation within one week (7 days) is subject to a 100% refund
Billing
To secure a date with Memorable Visions Event Planning, a deposit of $500.00 is required and non-refundable after 7 days of receipt. The remaining balance is due ten (10) business days prior to the event. Checks should be made payable to Memorable Visions Event Planning. Pay Pal is also accepted.
Privacy policy
Any and all information is kept between Memorable Visions Event Planning and yourself. Any and all pictures used as part of Memorable Visions Event Plannings online gallary will include only your first name (last with permission), event date and location.
Legal documents
A contract and deposit is required prior to any planning being fulfilled. Please contact us for a copy.
